Practical, age-appropriate education for girls 9–13 and young women 14–21 so families feel informed, confident, and supported. Workshops are free, small-group, and welcoming to questions.

Body changes, period care, and simple anatomy terms
How to speak up: asking for help, setting boundaries, practicing confidence
Parent resources: conversation starters, tips, and take-home guides
🔆Young Women’s Workshop
for Ages 14–21
Body literacy & anatomy, period health, and signs to watch
Pregnancy prevention (methods, access, and how to ask for what you need)
STD/STI prevention (testing, protection, and where to get help)
How It Works (3 steps)
RSVP — Save your free seat. We keep groups small (~25) so everyone can ask questions.
Attend — 90 minutes; interactive demos, open Q&A, and friendly facilitators. Snacks provided.
Follow up — Get digital guides after the session, plus optional check-ins by email.

Girls/female participants only. Puberty Zone (9–13) and Young Women (14–21).

For Puberty Zone, a caregiver is required for the first session and optional for the second.

Usually Coral Springs or nearby South Florida venues with free parking and elevator access. The RSVP page lists the exact address.
